Overview
SAScrypt — communication encryption IP is a soft IP core in SoC-e’s SocTek range for communication security. Real-time traffic such as substation automation (IEC 61850) cannot tolerate the latency of software encryption. SAScrypt — communication encryption IP performs cryptographic processing at wire speed, preserving confidentiality and integrity without sacrificing real-time behaviour.
