Overview
Andromeda XZU90 is a large-MPSoC model in Enclustra's top-end Andromeda family. Andromeda uses Samtec ADM6-series high-speed connectors to bring out an exceptional number of user I/O and high-speed transceivers, targeting the most demanding high-end applications.
With up to 1.14M logic cells it handles large-scale parallel processing and several concurrent pipelines, while 686 user I/O consolidates multi-channel sensors, cameras and communication interfaces onto one module. DDR4 ECC memory keeps data reliable in continuous operation, and industrial temperature grade is available.
Positive ONE Group supports Andromeda XZU90 end to end: device selection, evaluation kits, access to reference designs and Linux BSPs, and supply and long-term availability in volume production. We work in English and Japanese.

XZU90 is the top of Enclustra’s Zynq UltraScale+ range. With six high-speed connectors, up to 686 user I/O and up to 76 MGTs, it is a high-density compute module for communications, scientific instrumentation, defence and large-scale DAQ.

Does Linux run on Andromeda XZU90? Is a BSP provided?
Yes. The Enclustra Build Environment lets you build FSBL, U-Boot, Linux and the root file system quickly. What the Linux BSP and reference designs cover varies by configuration, so please tell us the environment you plan to use.
Can I choose the temperature grade of Andromeda XZU90?
Commercial and industrial grades are available. Choose the industrial grade for demanding thermal environments such as outdoor or in-vehicle installations. Ask us about the exact range supported by each part number.
