RELY-TSN-REC — Time-Sensitive Networking traffic recorder
A device that inspects, timestamps and records regular Ethernet and TSN traffic, using the same IEEE 802.1AS timing reference as the network under analysis.

Overview
Because TSN networks are complex, protocol validation, performance analysis, conformance testing and forensic work all require inspection at the frame level. The validity of that analysis depends on being able to correlate frames with a common time reference. RELY-TSN-REC was built for this purpose.

Frequently asked questions
How does it differ from RELY-REC?
RELY-TSN-REC focuses on TSN traffic and synchronises with the network under analysis via IEEE 802.1AS. RELY-REC centres on redundant Ethernet including HSR and PRP.
How is the recorded data analysed?
The data is in PCAP format, so it opens in common tools such as Wireshark. It can be retrieved remotely.
What can trigger a capture?
Modbus, S7 or MQTT variable values, pattern matching within a packet, date and time, or link status.
What about price and lead time?
These depend on the configuration. Tell us what you are considering.
