Pluto XZU20
A 30 x 30 mm ultra-compact MPSoC SoM with LPDDR4, for space-constrained embedded designs. In development (Early Access).

Overview
Pluto XZU20 belongs to the ultra-compact Enclustra Pluto family. It brings Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC performance to embedded equipment with severe space constraints.
Industrial temperature grade is available alongside commercial, so it can be deployed outdoors or in vehicles.
Positive ONE Group supports Pluto XZU20 end to end: device selection, evaluation kits, access to reference designs and Linux BSPs, and supply and long-term availability in volume production. We work in English and Japanese.
