Mercury KX1
Kintex 7 FPGA module for DSP, high-bandwidth I/O and SoPC applications.

Overview
Mercury KX1 belongs to Enclustra's flagship Mercury / Mercury+ System-on-Module family. The family shares a compatible connector, so you can swap different modules onto the same carrier board and pick the best balance of performance and cost for your requirements.
Industrial temperature grade is available alongside commercial, so it can be deployed outdoors or in vehicles.
Positive ONE Group can advise on Mercury KX1 — from selection and evaluation kits to reference designs and firmware, legacy-design support, and migration to the successor product.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy a single Mercury KX1?
This product is end of life (EOL) and no longer available for new supply. Contact us about legacy-design support, migration to the successor product, and design-asset checks.
Are reference designs available for Mercury KX1?
Yes. Reference designs including top-level HDL are provided, giving you a starting point for your own design.
Can I choose the temperature grade of Mercury KX1?
Commercial and industrial grades are available. Choose the industrial grade for demanding thermal environments such as outdoor or in-vehicle installations. Ask us about the exact range supported by each part number.
Is design data available for mounting Mercury KX1 on a board?
User manuals, schematics, 3D models (STEP), PCB footprints and pinout tables are provided. Footprints are also available for common PCB design tools.
What is the price and lead time for Mercury KX1?
Pricing for Mercury KX1 depends on configuration, quantity, temperature grade and any customisation, so we quote individually. Tell us your application and quantity in the form on this page and our engineers will confirm the specification and come back with a quotation and lead time.
