精確的時間同步是通訊、目標指示與態勢感知的基礎。MILS0802-10GM 從內建 GPS 晶片組（需外接天線）或外部 PPS 與 NMEA 輸入獲取時間基準，並作為 PTP 主時鐘分發。相對基準時鐘的精度為 ±50 ns（在 GNSS 基準的靜止位置最佳化模式下為 ±25 ns）。
